StudentListeners.com contains information posted by students at Schools that utilize the service. StudentListeners.com is not responsible for any content or materials in any messages within a conversation. StudentListeners.com shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to alter, refuse or remove any or all content that is available via a conversation. You assume all risks associated with using StudentListeners.com and any services that it provides.

You, whether you are a registered Peer Supporter or just a non-Member who visits the StudentListeners.com Service, acknowledge that we are not and cannot be responsible for the behaviour of those who use our site - whether on the StudentListeners.com Service or outside of it. We only provide a venue where the Peer Support Service may be accessed. In particular, you should be aware that StudentListeners.com does not pre-screen or monitor the material contributed by visitors, or Student Peer Supporters.
